Jakut Usulkan Pembangunan 10 RPTRA

New 10 RPTRAs Proposed in North Jakarta

Jakarta Provincial Government's plan to build 56 Child-Friendly Public Spaces (RPTRA) is getting support from North Jakarta Park and Cemetery Sub-Department. In fact, 10 out of them were proposed to be built in density populated areas that spread in North Jakarta.

Those sites were proposed in density populated areas, because residents could do interaction each other

Those 10 proposed public spaces' sites are spread in 5 sub-districts, as follow:

10 RPTRAs will Be Built in South Jakarta

1. Cilincing

- Marunda Flat Cluster B, Jalan Bengawan Solo at RW 01 Semper Barat, and Jalan Manunggal Juang at RW 07 Sukapura.

2. Tanjung Priok

- RW 02 Taman Kompleks Departemen Kesehatan Sunter Jaya and RW 06 Danau Sunter Jaya

3. Koja

- Jalan Inspeksi Rawa Badak Utara

4. Penjaringan

- Muara Baru Flat, Jalan Wacung RW 16 and Jalan Pantai Indah Kapuk Timur Block E Kapuk Muara.

5. Pademangan

“Those sites were proposed in density populated areas, because residents could do interaction each other,” said Head of North Jakarta Parks and Cemetery, Agustin Puji Astuti, Tuesday (5/19).

According to her, the public space can be used as meeting room and wedding reception. Thus, residents do not need to hire an expensive place.

“Our decision is under Mrs. Veronica's authority (Chairwoman of Jakarta Family Welfare Movement (PKK). So, she can review such public space sites,” she finished.
